Assist in recruitment (screening and scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update candidate databases
Support onboarding and documentation process
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and files
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed Graduation (HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment process
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
