DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate role fit and communication skills.
2. Explain the role, expectations, and company culture to potential candidates.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal team members.
4. Maintain candidate pipelines, hiring trackers, and recruitment documentation.
5. Post job openings and manage incoming applications across different platforms.
6. Research new platforms, communities, and sourcing channels to find high quality candidates.
6. Continuously optimize and improve the hiring process for better efficiency.
7. Use AI tools for candidate research, workflow automation, documentation, and hiring optimization.
8. Assist with onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
9. Support payroll coordination, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
10. Assist the Founder's Office with day to day operational coordination.
Required Skills
1. Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting calls.
2. Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
3. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for research, documentation, and workflow optimization.
4. Organized and detail oriented with good documentation skills.
5. Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and productivity tools.
6. Strong research ability to find better hiring channels and candidates.
