Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai at Happi Planet

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
2. Help maintain and update the candidate and employee database.
3. Support the onboarding process including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation coordination.
4. Assist in HR operations and employee lifecycle management such as records management and policy documentation.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
6. Support the HR team with attendance tracking, HR reports, and administrative tasks.
7. Help ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and employee files.
8. Assist in drafting HR communications, announcements, and internal messages.
9. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and workplace engagement ideas.
