About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Recruitment & Calling:
1. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
2. Screen resumes as per job requirements
3. Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews and candidate calling
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
5. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS
B. Onboarding & Documentation:
1. Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners
2. Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification
3. Ensure completion of employee files and records
4. Prepare and maintain employee folders (physical and digital)
C. HR Operations:
1. Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
2. Assist in updating HR databases and employee records
3. Help in preparing HR reports and trackers
4. Support the HR team with engagement activities and internal communication

Other requirements
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
3. Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates
4. Well-organized and detail-oriented
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
6. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, MBA (HR), BBA, or related field
7. Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
8. Prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment will be an added advantage
