About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up
2. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
3. Help craft job descriptions and employer branding content
4. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
5. Assist in organizing team engagement activities and HR initiatives
6. Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and records
7. Contribute to performance management processes and feedback cycles
