About the internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
3.Manage the HR Connect process to track employee progress at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year milestones.
4.Conduct research on HR-related topics and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
5.Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
6.Assist in HR projects and initiatives, including employee development plans.
7.Support the planning and execution of HR events and engagement activities.

Other requirements
