About the internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Keraology, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, as well as your excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written), will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Help organize training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
6. Provide administrative support for HR functions, such as drafting emails, creating reports, and organizing meetings.
7. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
