About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the staffing team in tracking consultant availability and project allocations.
2. Maintain accurate records in staffing tools and internal trackers.
3. Assist in preparing utilization reports and staffing dashboards.
4. Coordinate with the People Team and Finance to align staffing plans with leave schedules and billing needs.
5. Help manage consultant communication, gathering preferences and availability.
6. Support regional staffing discussions and coordination with the Asia Healthcare leadership team.
7. Provide administrative and analytical support for staffing decisions and capacity planning.
8. Bring energy, attention to detail, and creative ideas to streamline coordination processes.
