About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic & Zoom calls)
Maintain and update candidate and employee databases
Support in onboarding and documentation process
Help in preparing offer letters and joining formalities
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
Assist in attendance and daily HR reports
Support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Handle basic HR administrative tasks as required
