About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers using MS-Excel.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and policies.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Support HR operations and compliance-related documentation as required.
