About the internship
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and assisting with employee onboarding.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and drafting HR policies.
4. Collaborate with the training team to coordinate and schedule employee training programs.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
6. Support HR team in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
7. Provide general HR support and assistance to employees and management as needed.

Other requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated and eager to learn HR processes.
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post Graduation in HR, Management, Psychology, Commerce or any related discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
