Human Resources (HR) Internship in Mumbai at Pilgrim

What You'll Do
1.Support end-to-end recruitment activities - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
2.Assist in onboarding for new joiners
3.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
4.Support HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and exit formalities
5.Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication
6.Contribute to HR analytics, reports, and presentations for management review
7.Participate in various HR projects and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
*MBA or PGDM (HR) / BBA or similar background in Human Resources or Business Management
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach
*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment
