About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling interviews and confirming availability
2. Gathering and organizing job applications
3. Engaging with candidates during the recruitment process
4. Shortlisting candidates as per client requirements
5. Sourcing and screening potential job candidates
6. Assisting with the recruitment process, including interviewing, reference checking, and onboarding
7. Gathering and analyzing data related to recruitment and staffing
8. Creating and maintaining candidate databases
9. Developing job postings and building talent pipelines
10. Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners
