About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and update accurate employee records within our internal databases, including contact information and essential employment documents.
2. Assist in managing payroll data by tracking and updating employee working hours, leave, and contract details.
3. Manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, career pages, and social media), ensuring timely updates and removal of outdated listings.
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and schedule and confirm interview appointments.
5. Monitor employee performance to accurately track and report on daily work progress.
6. Monitor employee performance to accurately track and report on errors.
7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits programs, providing clear and helpful information.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and career days.

Other requirements
1. Our office is in Mulund West, so candidates residing between Kalyan and Ghatkopar are preferred.
2. Our office timing is 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays are working days, Sundays are off, and employees receive two paid leaves per month.
