About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR Operations team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with day-to-day HR operational tasks and ensuring smooth employee onboarding and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in HR operations and administrative activities.
2. Support the employee onboarding process, including document collection and verification.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and HR documentation.
5. Assist in preparing HR reports and trackers.
6. Help with employee communication and coordination when required.
7. Provide general support to the HR team for operational tasks.
