About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth experiences for new hires
2. Coordinate fun and impactful employee engagement activities and events
3. Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
4. Assisting candidates in getting their desired job ( Free of Cost )
5. Understanding the client's requirements and helping them to hire candidates
6. Conducting interviews and assisting candidates to clear interview rounds
