About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling conducting interviews, and coordination.
2. Support onboarding & induction of new interns and employees.
3. Maintain and update employee/intern databases.
4. Assist in creating and implementing policies, feedback systems, and HR processes.
5. Organize team engagement activities and help build a positive work culture.
6. Support the HR team in documentation, performance tracking, and reports.

1. Having an interest in Human Resource Management, organizational psychology, or people operations.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & professionalism.
4. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
5. Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace (preferred but not mandatory).
