DESCRIPTION

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates primarily through Internshala, job portals, and internal databases.
3. Post job openings on Internshala and track applicant responses.
4. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain and update candidate data, interview status, and hiring reports.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
9. Support internship hiring drives and fresher recruitment initiatives.
10. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Have a minimum of one year of experience.

2. Are from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Vashi, Belapur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, or Panvel only.

3. Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

4. Have proven experience or hands-on exposure to recruitment platforms, especially Internshala.

5. Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Can handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

7. Have basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment metrics.

8. Are proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (preferred).
