About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
2. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
3. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
4. Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and HR initiatives
5. Coordinate with trainers and candidates for training schedules and assessments
6. Guide trained students in job support activities, including interview preparation, resume writing, and career guidance
7. Review, format, and improve resumes as per industry standards
8. Provide basic HR support and respond to employee or trainee queries
9. Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and compliance documents
10. Support employee engagement and HR communication activities
