About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment & selection (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
2. Post job openings on portals (like Internshala, Naukri, Indeed)
3. Coordinate with candidates and share interview details
4. Maintain employee records and update HR databases
5. Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners
6. Handle basic employee queries
7. Assist in HR activities like engagement, training, and events
