Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
3. Help with organizing and coordinating training programs for staff development.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture.
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Job offer:
