About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing & talent mapping: Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed), and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
2. Candidate screening: Conducting initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, technical eligibility, and cultural fit for specific roles.
3. Interview coordination: Scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both parties.
4. Database management: Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases with accurate candidate information and hiring status.
5. Onboarding assistance: Supporting the HR team in post-selection activities, including document verification and coordinating the Day 1 joining formalities.
