What You'll Work On
Talent Sourcing
Scout awesome tech talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
Learn how to identify high-potential candidates and niche skill sets
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews, manage candidate comms, and ensure a delightful experience
Shadow recruiters and observe real-time evaluation processes
Stakeholder Collaboration
Understand hiring needs by working closely with HRBPs and team leads
Assist in writing JDs, curating assessments, and tracking hiring metrics
Onboarding Support
Coordinate documentation, preboarding tasks, and welcome kits for new hires
Help build a smooth, memorable Day 0 experience
Employer Branding & Culture Campaigns
Support internal and external storytelling, think LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, and
behind-the-scenes highlights
Collaborate on content, visuals, and moments that make LambdaTest's people culture shine
Employee Engagement & Events
Assist in organising engagement activities, be it hackathons, offsites, festival celebrations, or
"just-because" surprises
Support logistics, feedback collection, and drive participation across pods
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Contribute to inclusive hiring efforts and help document best practices
Help plan and execute campaigns that celebrate diverse voices and experiences within the
org
