About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
2. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
3. Support offer letter preparation, onboarding, and employee documentation.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are accurate and up to date.
5. Assist with attendance, leave management, HRMS updates, and HR reports/MIS.
6. Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, surveys, and internal events.
7. Ensure confidentiality of employee information and provide administrative support to the HR team.
8. Perform any other HR-related assignments and tasks as delegated by the reporting manager.
