Role Overview
We are hiring HR Interns to support recruitment, intern management, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, timesheet management, and digital HR processes while working with AI tools for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Internshala, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, schedule HR interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Assist in onboarding by preparing offer letters, agreements, and induction materials.
Review and validate timesheets, communicate discrepancies, and maintain records.
Draft professional emails and notices using MS Word, MS Excel, and ChatGPT.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports (MIS, attendance, KPIs).
Support exit processes, certificates, and feedback collection.
Contribute to process improvement and automation with AI tools.
Skills Required
Strong communication (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and MS Word.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Internshala, and digital hiring tools.
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance.
Ability to use ChatGPT/AI tools for drafting and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing BBA/MBA (HR), BA/MA (Psychology), or related field.
Prior internship in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
