About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates for Automotive engineering roles (BIW, Seating, Wiring Harness, CAD/CAE).
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial HR telephonic interviews.
3. Coordinating interviews with client stakeholders.
4. Maintaining the recruitment tracker and follow-ups for joining.
5. Working closely with senior recruiters on live client requirements.
