About the internship
HR & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE:
Core Function : Recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, office administration and management support
Success Measure: Right talent hired on time, reliable records, smooth employee lifecycle, disciplined office operations and strong follow-through
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment ownership: Manage the hiring cycle from job posting, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, follow-up, selection documentation and joining confirmation.
Candidate experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants, maintain interview trackers and ensure that every candidate receives clear information and timely closure.
Onboarding and induction: Prepare joining documentation, coordinate orientation, communicate policies and help new employees become productive and connected from day one.
Employee records: Maintain accurate employee files, attendance, leave records, letters, forms, agreements, IDs and confidential HR documents in organised digital and physical systems.
Employee coordination: Respond to routine employee queries, support engagement initiatives, track commitments and escalate sensitive or unresolved matters appropriately.
Performance support: Assist managers with goal sheets, review schedules, feedback documentation, probation confirmations and improvement follow-ups. Payroll and compliance inputs: Prepare accurate attendance, leave, incentive and employee-change inputs for payroll processing and statutory support, in coordination with authorised partners.
Office administration: Coordinate supplies, facilities, vendors, visitor readiness, meeting arrangements, asset records and basic office maintenance to keep the workplace professional and functional.
Management support: Prepare trackers, summaries, letters, reports and action lists; follow up across teams until agreed tasks are completed.
Policy and culture: Reinforce punctuality, workplace discipline, respectful conduct and company processes through clear communication and consistent implementation.
