About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in maintaining HR records, onboarding docs, offer letters, and internship agreements (yup, we're all about that compliant chaos)
2. Supporting daily accounting activities from invoice tracking and expense management to helping prep monthly financial reports
3. Coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communications like a true hiring ninja
4. Managing spreadsheets for HR and finance updating data, tracking leaves, stipends, reimbursements, etc.
5. Researching best practices in HR policies, payroll, and finance workflows to help us level up our internal systems
6. Collaborating with the core team for vendor payments, intern stipends, and project-wise budgeting
