About the internship
1. Human Resources
Manage and own recruitment Process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, advances, deductions, etc.).
Handle basic HR policies, office discipline, and grievance support.
Organize internal communication, circulars, and announcements.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
Book-keeping using Excel.
Track vendor payments and follow-up for outstanding dues.
Maintain asset register and basic inventory records.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, utilities, and vendor management.
Coordinate with service providers (internet, housekeeping, maintenance).
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and office administration.
Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, or Management Graduate.
Knowledge of GeM portal and public sector procurement processes is added advantage
Exposure to finance, HR, or administrative functions will be an added advantage.
