About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Post jobs, review applications, coordinate interviews, and onboard new team members.
2. Ensure hiring is aligned with company needs and culture.
3. Be involved in hiring for technical roles and learn how to assess core skills.
B. People Development:
1. Help team members grow with training sessions, learning plans, and development tools.
2. Organize orientation programs, track progress, and gather feedback to improve.
C. Employee Engagement:
1. Make the workplace fun, connected, and collaborative.
2. Run team-building activities, appreciation moments, and keep the energy alive.
3. Be a go-to person for listening, solving problems, and spreading good vibes.
D. Operations & Policies:
1. Maintain accurate records like attendance, leaves, and basic HR docs.
2. Help draft, update, and manage HR policies, NDAs, SOPs, and handbooks.
3. Support payroll, documentation, and general HR processes.
E. Culture & Communication:
1. Promote diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
2. Support feedback systems, conflict resolution, and healthy team dynamics.
3. Liaise with other departments to understand people's needs and improve collaboration.
F. Flexibility & Ownership:
1. Step into new challenges whether related to HR or beyond with an open mind.
2. Support the leadership team in organizational planning, hiring needs, or new initiatives.
3. Take on increasing responsibilities over time as you grow into the role and prove your potential.
