About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the HR team to understand current hiring needs and requirements.
2. Source and screen resumes for open positions, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
3. Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Coordinate interview timings and logistics, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures through the HRMS portal.
7. Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the HRMS system.
8. Support in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation and system setup.
9. Serve as a point of contact between candidates and interviewers for seamless communication.
10. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to close the recruitment loop efficiently.
11. Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
12. Contribute to process improvements within recruitment and other HR functions.
