About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide support in providing quarterly variable pay provision to the finance team
2. Prepare employee letters & provide payroll input for the UK team
3. Support in driving the compensation benchmarking exercises for India and other geographies we operate in
4. Work on policy management and compliance - SPOC for policy changes and end to end policy manual management
5. Work on compliance management for head office and regional offices
6. Work on providing necessary support with respect to secondment processes and managing data of seconded employees
7. Work on ensuring completion of the secondment process end to end
8. Work on GCPL POC for employee data, position management, and respective HRIS processes and platforms
9. Work on managing data flow and maintaining accurate data mapping and changes in all platforms
10. Extend support for experience center-related activities with respect to data validation
11. Work on preparing the GCPL global analytics, GMC scorecard, India attrition, and other recurring reports
