About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the need & requirements of clients, sourcing as per requirement
2. Shortlisting candidates & doing line-up for interview's & making reports on a daily basis
3. Learning compliance management like PF, ESIC, PT & MLWF
4. Preparing reports & database of candidates & clients
5. Following up with candidates & submitting reports weekly
6. Posting jobs & sourcing candidates from social media & other sites
7. Participating in job fairs & other activities
8. Sourcing candidates from colleges, institutes, training centers & field (open market)
9. Understanding requirements of employees & employer
10. Upgrading skills of candidates if required, using many institutes which have free skill development programs
11. Working on market research & presentation regarding needs, problem & solution to fill employee & employer gap
