Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Influencer onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard social media influencers aligned with brand values and audience.
2. Relationship management: Maintain ongoing communication, support, and collaboration with influencers to maximize engagement and performance.
3. Sales tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and traffic driven by each influencer; optimize strategies based on performance data.
4. Campaign Coordination: Plan, brief, and manage influencer content around launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
5. Incentive & code management: Create custom discount codes and performance-based incentives to drive influencer-led conversions.
6. Content curation: Collect and repurpose top-performing influencer content for ads, social media, and website use.
7. Reporting & insights: Deliver regular reports on influencer performance and ROI; suggest improvements based on trends and data.
8. Compliance & brand Fit: Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand messaging and follows disclosure guidelines.
