About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand fit, audience quality, and content style
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of micro, mid, and macro creators for ongoing campaigns
3. Plan influencer campaigns aligned with launches, offers, and key marketing goals
4. Reach out to influencers, pitch collaborations, and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials
5. Share clear briefs and manage end-to-end execution, ensuring timely and quality content delivery
6. Review and approve influencer content to maintain brand consistency and messaging accuracy
7. Track campaign performance using metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions to measure ROI
8. Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators for consistent and scalable growth
