Founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus, Traya sits at the forefront of the multi-billion-dollar hair care solutions category.
Having raised institutional capital from marquee VCs like Fireside Ventures, Kae Capital, Whiteboard Capital, Traya has more than 2.5L+ customers, with a 93% success rate and 30% MoM growth over the past year.
Brand Vision & Philosophy:
Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
We want to be synonymous with the term hair fall and hair care. We are building a brand that does not compromise on efficacy and is loved by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Influencer Identification & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Maintain an updated database of creators across niches like lifestyle, beauty, wellness, dermatology, and hair care.
- Pre-screen creators based on engagement, audience quality, and brand fit.
2) Campaign Planning & Execution
- Build monthly influencer marketing calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely content delivery.
- Guide creators on messaging aligned with Trayas tone of voice and medical accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal clinical claims, disclosures, and brand guidelines.
3) Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers.
- Develop a network of agencies, talent managers, and micro/macro creators.
- Coordinate shoots, product dispatch, and content approvals.
4) Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track performance of all influencer content views, engagement, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, formats, and creator categories.
- Identify high-performing content to repurpose for ads and brand channels.
5) Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, content, creative, and paid marketing teams.
- Share creator insights for overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate with product and operations teams for timely product delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of & interest in the Indian influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Must be from Mumbai.
- A creative mindset with an eye for trends, content formats, and storytelling.
