About the internship
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern who loves beauty, trends, and social media! You'll work closely with our marketing team to identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers who align with the INSHINE vibe.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and shortlist influencers relevant to the brand.
Reach out to influencers and manage collaborations.
Maintain communication and follow-up with creators.
Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Stay updated with beauty, makeup, and social media trends.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
Good understanding of beauty trends and content creation styles.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (for data tracking).
Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
