About part time job/internship
* Discover and shortlist calm, wellness and slow-living creators that fit our brand voice.
* Write warm, on-brand outreach DMs and gentle follow-ups (using saved templates you adapt per creator).
* Run onboarding calls, share campaign briefs, and send collab agreements once a creator says yes.
* Coordinate product dispatch, track shipments, and chase first and second drafts - persistent, never pushy.
* Own the daily Influencer Tracking Sheet - the live status of all 100-120 active collabs.
* Verify posts go live on schedule and collect raw clips and photos from creators.
* Shoot reels and Instagram content on phone, alongside the team.
* Help build and maintain the long-term Influencer Database.
