About WishLuck
WishLuck is one of India's fastest-growing educational toy brands, loved by over 2 lakh+ parents. We design creative, screen-free, and learning-focused toys that make childhood magical again. Our mission: To promote a Screen-Free Childhood and support children's education (5% of profits go towards NGOs for kids' learning initiatives).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify micro/macro influencers (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) in the parenting, kids, and lifestyle niche.
2. Reach out to influencers, negotiate barter/paid collaborations, and onboard them.
3. Maintain and update influencer database with performance tracking.
4. Coordinate shipments and ensure timely content delivery from influencers.
5. Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to boost brand awareness and sales.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to analyze results and optimize influencer strategies.
Requirements
1. Female candidate only (as per campaign requirement).
2. Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
4. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
5. Prior experience in influencer marketing (academic/project/internship) is a plus.
