About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Provide technical support to employees (desktop/laptop/printer/network issues)
Help in troubleshooting system and network problems
Support data backup and system security processes
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist in managing email accounts, user access, and system permissions
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services if required
Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure
