DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Understand customer requirements, including room dimensions, lifestyle preferences, seating needs, and budget.
2. Guide customers through Wudhomes collections and recommend suitable sofas, fabrics, and configurations.
3. Schedule and manage factory visits, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Update lead information in the CRM and maintain high standards of data hygiene.
5. Share curated catalogues, design inspirations, and product references with prospective customers.
6. Participate in customer consultations and gradually develop knowledge of furniture design concepts, materials, and customization options.
7. Work closely with the founders to improve sales processes, customer journeys, and operational systems.

Other requirements
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills.
2. Comfortable communicating with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
3. Prior experience or exposure to sales, counselling, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
4. Interest in interior design, furniture, or home décor is an added advantage.
5. Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
