About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talking to real people applying for overseas jobs
2. Checking if candidates are fit for Gulf blue-collar roles
3. Calling, following up, and keeping candidates interview-ready
4. Helping candidates understand what the job actually involves
5. Keeping HR data clean, organised, and up to date
6. Learning how international hiring actually works (no theory)
