Inside Sales Internship in Delhi at Sona Constructions

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Intern to support our inside sales operations, assist in lead generation, communicate with prospects, and manage CRM activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete inside sales cycle. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time Inside Sales Executive position.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.
2. Initiating and maintaining communication with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
3. Updating and managing all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using Zoho CRM.
4. Supporting the sales team in explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
5. Following up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and help convert them into sales.
6. Assisting in the preparation and sending of quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
7. Helping the team achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
8. Coordinating post-sales activities by working with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
