About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our billing and accounting software, and effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential clients.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web conferencing.
4. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation, contract creation, and customer onboarding.
5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to increase revenue and contribute to company growth.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system.
