Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential leads and prospects
2. Engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote our products and services
3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and goals
4. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
5. Managing and updating customer databases and CRM systems
6. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
7. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and knowledge
