You'll be the first point of contact for students interested in Germany. Your job is to call, qualify, collect documents, and book counseling with the Second-Level team. You'll keep leads warm with timely follow-ups and clean CRM updates.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make 80-100 student calls daily (inbound and outbound).
2. Conduct quick needs analysis and eligibility screening (course, budget, timelines).
3. Share basic information on Germany study options (intakes, public/private overview).
4. Collect and verify documents (marksheets, resume, ID) via email/WhatsApp.
5. Maintain CRM hygiene notes, next actions, status updates, and tags.
6. Book appointments/Zoom slots with Senior or Second-Level Counselors.
7. Run structured follow-ups on T+1, T+3, and T+7 to sustain interest and reduce drop-offs.
8. Prepare daily reports of calls made, connects, qualified leads, and appointments booked.

4. Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets; fast and accurate typing with well-structured documentation.
5. Professional WhatsApp and email communication etiquette.
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 4,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 240000/year
