About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
2. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
3. Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients and the sales team.
4. Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and sales support documents.
5. Track weekly performance metrics and assist with reporting

Other requirements
1. Clear spoken and written communication; confident on calls.
2. Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification
3. Comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel).
4. Email etiquette, proposal formatting, and presentation basics.
5. High ownership, persistence, and ability to work with targets.
6. Bonus: Exposure to refrigeration, cold chain, containerized infra, or HVAC.
