About the internship
As an Inside Sales intern at Flentas Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in Effective Communication, Negotiation, Inside Sales, Adaptability, Prospecting, and Cloud Computing. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, cloud consulting, and enterprise engagement while working with experienced professionals in the technology domain.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Assist in managing and maintaining the sales pipeline and CRM database.
3. Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
4. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share them with the sales team for further engagement.
5. Communicate Flentas' offerings and value proposition effectively to potential clients.
6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand the sales cycle and customer engagement strategies.
7. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and cloud technologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of MS Office tools and online communication platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, LinkedIn).
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute.
Internship Details
Location: Mumbai
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: 15,000 per month
Post Internship: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a package of ₹4 LPA.
