Spaark Overseas is a Noida-based company. We are looking for full time and work from office candidates. We are an overseas placement company. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing key sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Spaark Overseas' products/services.
2. Identify potential leads and set appointments or direct them to relevant sales processes.
3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
4. Listen to client concerns and objections with empathy and understanding.
5. Use product knowledge and persuasive communication to overcome challenges and push forward the sales process.
6. Close sessions effectively by presenting tailored solutions to clients.
7. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
8. Track and report on sales progress regularly to management.

2. can start the internship between 5th Nov'25 and 10th Dec'25
3. are available for duration of 4 months

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 360000/year
