About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide proper counseling to customers about English Connection courses.
2. Respond to customer queries in a clear and polite manner.
3. Maintain and update customer data and call records accurately.
4. Take feedback from customers after interaction or demo.
5. Call potential customers and generate leads.
6. Book demos and follow up with interested customers.
7. Sell courses through telecalling and achieve sales targets.
